This states that any of your custom orders, specially modified or personalized pieces does not fall under our Return Policy, which means your specially customized piece could not be returned to us once delivered. You are requested to read and follow all the instructions listed below before returning your items. Kindly go through our Return Policy, and understand its norms. We always make sure to satisfy our customers to the fullest. We are here to exchange or to make a refund of your returned product if needed. Excluding the below-mentioned problems, we 100% make a return of your products.

* Return will not be made of your product in case of any issues with customs, like certification, tax, and other such reasons.

* If you claim a return after 15 working days of receiving your order, then our return policy will not allow your product to be exchanged or refunded.

* In case any damage to your product takes place during delivery, then we are not responsible for the same.

STEPS TO RETURN

* If you’re returning your item to us, kindly update us on that through Email, giving all the details of your jewelry piece and its order details like; registered name, order number, contact number, email address, date of delivery and other necessary information.

* While sending or returning your parcel, make sure to keep the original packaging in the return box with the jewelry piece which you’re returning. Also don’t forget to keep a copy of the invoice.

* You need to give a reason for your return. If you have any broken pieces or missing pieces of your item, then you are advised to take a picture of the packaging and a video of the opening of the parcel, to get the reference of your claim to return. You can send that picture or video to us on our email: Admin@customisejewels.com, and we will look into your matter solving it within 5 working days.

* Items you’re returning should be packed properly with care for safely returning of the product to us.

* Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-6 working days from the date we receive your return parcel. You will be updated by email on the return status of your product.
